I saw these at a flower show I went to with by parents awhile ago and I fell in love. They were selling them for mega bucks though. So of course, I said to myself I can totally make that!
I love it and I know for sure I will be making a few for myself next! :)

Mother's Day

Sewing paper is seriously one of my favorite things to do. I just love how it looks. I used to decorate all the cover pages my school projects a long time ago :)

For Mother's Day I wanted to make useful gifts so I decided to make some stationary. I really like how the turned out and I hope they can be put to good use.

Since I've been busy making other people things I've been hearing a lot of "Mommy you never make anything for ME anymore!" He must not remember his book bag or his birthday crafts. But mom guilt kicked in and while I was at Target I found the perfect thing...


It took me around 15 minutes...so easy...and he couldn't be happier with it!

Dreaming of Dandelions

Ok, so I've been working little by little on my Etsy shop. I'm so excited but it's been such a slow process...creating all the wording and store policies...boring stuff.
But here is something a little more fun...what do you think?

Busy, Busy, Busy

Well it seems like I haven't posted in awhile. I've been busy making a few presents, planning my Etsy shop, and some custom orders. Woo hoo all great things!
So I've been narrowing down items that I really want to put in my Etsy shop. I had no idea how hard this would be because I want to include so many things...I may just end up with the most random shop ever. And I think I would be ok with that!
Last night I made a quick bag. I modified an idea from a Lotta Jansdotter book I have. I added an inside lining, made it a flat bottom, and of course added the flowers.




Should this be added to the Etsy shop? I was thinking maybe two sizes...this size and then a larger tote size. Yes, no, maybe?
